After returning to Dubai, she now publishes and edits content to promote one of the world’s leading beauty brands.

Regina worked for some of the biggest global pharmaceutical companies, overseeing the operations of country-specific Contact Centres for the European market. After 7 years Regina decided to change career paths and has moved into the education sphere, having now taught English and Psychology around the world. Having graduated from The George Washington University, Hugo started his professional career as the Team Operations Manager at Indy Eleven. From there he went on to be the Head of Player Care and a Team Liaison Officer at both West Ham United and Southampton FC. Hugo has worked alongside some of the world’s best footballing talent including Virgil Van Dijk, Sadio Mane and Ronald Koeman. Hugo will be shedding light on the multitude of career paths available in the sporting industry and how sometimes work experience can be more valuable than further academics.
